How about a 4-year college degree, masters degree? Volunteer work or something else that can set you apart from the crowd? Assume you are already a Part-121 pilot. Have extensive PIC turbine or is it mostly SIC? (I assume you have plenty of PIC if you have all those types).
I haven't been called either, but for me it's a currency issue. Just some ideas above. I'm sure you've already heard the same from others on here...
I'd say good luck, but FWIW I think those getting hired make their own luck!
One thing you may want to consider is having someone look over your application and make it look a bit better. I believe Centerline Prep offers this service.
