Your day has value because you still credit 20 hours. Again, displacements are for training and growth.

Mid trip displacement is new. Keep displacing FOs so more and more street captains were hired.

How many FOs have been mid trip displaced? The company is rarely using mid-trip displacements. If you get mid-trip displaced, not a big deal. You get the day off and pay protected. Why is this an issue?


There are a lot of FO's with over a thousand now so no DECs anytime soon but at 4-6 capts a month that 4 year pay cap might be attainable by a new hire FO at PSA with zero 121.

If you have the time and feel stuck in the right seat, go someone else. Gojets is hiring street captains. Did they promise you the 1.5 year upgrade in your interview?

The upgrade times, schedual flexibility, and flow rate at 6 years that PSA brags about is all bs.

The company will say what ever they can to attract new hires. Including stretching the truth to the limit. Do you blame them tough? There job is to staff the airline, not ours. We all know the flow time is not six years but the company posted a six year flow on their website to attract new hires. They are desperate, hence the 10K offer. Their desperation will result in pay raises for everyone down the road.
