The main problem here is that your envoy pilots have no trust or faith in anything management says. Talk 'til you're blue in the face...most of us just don't trust our management. It's a sad reality and a sad state that our company finds itself in. You could have the pilots on your side if you decided to voluntarily make schedules better, not force us to file grievances over petty issues, not stall current grievances, flow at a pre agreed to 50%, fix pay comp so we get paid correctly etc. If the company pivots from the above issues we would become the loudest salesmen of envoy and AAG probably wouldn't need to spend $9-10 million a year for retention and recruitment bonuses.
