For you new guys... I tried to trade reserve days today and I talked to crew planning and she told me I couldn't trade for any days. She said they are short every day for the entire month in CVG. This is after 50 F.O. transfers from jfk to cvg at the first of the month.
I've heard the same thing with CVG being understaffed with F/O's. I just talked to crew planning and asked about getting a TDY in CVG, but I guess there are no plans at this time. Either way, I'm transfering back to CVG on Sept. 1 anyway.
