Im sure Im not understanding your post, but you can't be serious. Do you honestly think Delta, Fedex, UAL, AA have trouble keeping guys for the first year??? I would agree if you meant the regionals. It sucks that we have to compare Atlas to the regionals. It is a step better, but not a large step and we seem to be suffering from many of the same issues...
