I just want to be in compliance with Atlas policy regarding this at the interview. My last position allowed facial hair so long as the mask seals, so I have some short facial hair.
From the Atlas FOM:

Hair must be neatly trimmed, clear of the collar, and moderate in length. Extreme styles are not acceptable. Hairstyles must not interfere with the use of the oxygen mask or other emergency equipment.
Sideburns may not extend below the lowest part of the ear.
Face must be clean shaven, except a neatly trimmed mustache may be worn. Mustaches may not extend beyond or below the lip line.
Beards or goatees are not allowed.
Use of petroleum based face products is not permitted.
Earrings may not be worn.
