My memory might be bad but didn't the company try to cut it and they took it to the judge and the judge sided with the union that they were already under paid for the sector.

My memory might be off but I was an eagle union rep during bankruptcy and I think this was the case.

The new RAH contract is not below average for this sector. Also the judge can't force the main lines to pay RAH more money.
