What timeframe? Several CAs at VX were previously at Spirit. Although this would have been 2010 and prior hires at Spirit. Also know a relatively newhire at Spirit who left shortly after starting to come to VX. California guy. Conversely, I know a VX CA that went to Spirit, and a couple FOs who went to both Spirit and JetBlue. Moving amongst LCCs makes sense as long as you're a FO under 2 yrs longevity. Otherwise you're better off sticking at current LCC, unless it's to go to a legacy.

Because they know he's over qualified and will bail to a legacy. And it's not just at Spirit. Other LCCs are also taking 2000-5000 hr RJ FOs because they know they're less likely to bail.
