the market corrections raising wages a bit at the commuters is working.. most are filling classes just fine, and even washing out a good percentage who don't make the cut. When you see FO wages at these companies compare to typical college grad starting wages ($50K+) then you can tell me there is a real shortage.

The only shortage that exists now is one of pay is my point if that was lost on my above comment, so on that we do agree.
