Two things I noticed....
the name has changed slightly. It is now gateway Select vs. Gateway 7.
Also, it says all sucessful applicants will go into the E190. It doesn't mention the 320 at all. Are they just assuming that the 190 will be junior or are we moving toward a B scale where the 190 will be considered a stepping stone to the bus?
First off I hope this program gets shut down as quick as possible, hopefully with a new CBA in place.
Second I'll be damned if you think you get to go to a 320 straight from instructing in a 172. I'm hoping they stick a regional partner in there that the applicants have to go to for a minimum of 2-4 years. This whole program stinks and it makes the majority of the pilot group sick
