You talk about precedent in 1998 NWA was a measly 3.5% retro back to 1996 after a strike in 1998. At Delta in 2001 it wasn't much better for most at only 3.8%.
I am not suggesting any such thing which is why this is what I posted:

minimize any financial benefits the company may achieve by dragging things out for years."
But after reading some of your posts I really don't think you care what anybody posts - you are apparently trip wired to see everything through the eyes of someone that feels slighted and is unjustly missing out on a 8.5% raise with the rejected TA.
Please realize that the TA did not fail because of Team Orange (whoever that is) Anit-Moakists, the bogeyman or the DPA.
The TA failed because 66% of your fellow Pilots found it lacking.
Mostly the very same Pilots that passed C-2012 by an overwhelming percentage, so perhaps if you really want a better contract you should start focusing some of your energy on the future instead of fixating on the failed TA of the past.
