I have no idea if you are making the right decision or not, Braniff, but you are correct in saying Atlas is not a happy place. Come here knowing you will be involved in one of the biggest fights of your career. If you can't handle that, then Delta, Fedex, UAL, AA and others are all hiring and they already have good contracts. Fighting to simply maintain 30-40% less than industry average is depressing.
