The next employee raise will likely be April of 17 and 3 to 4%. We would then receive the same 3 to 4%. I verified this with the union.
I completely agree.
How much were we getting in 2016 from the failed TA? 0%, 3B4 0%
How much were we getting in 2017 from the failed TA? 3%, 3B4 3-4%
How much were we getting in 2018 from the failed TA? 3%, 3B4 3-4%
How much were we getting in 2019 from the failed TA? 0%, 3B4 3-4%
How much were we getting in 2020 from the failed TA? 0%, 3B4 3-4%
etc.
You "gave up" 8%, but keeping the language adds infinate "cola" type raises without concessions or any loss of profit sharing. As long as we are behind the industry rate you get a raise with other employees. This is why United or American plus and no PS give back is the minimum. United just did it. All we need to do is change the pay tables in C2012 to United +3% and this would be done tomorrow. And done affordably. Personally, I want the MEC proposal but this would probably pass.
