I agree. Mostly just because of the silence and refusal to work on it before the Delta 175's get here. Continued erosion of bennies and working agreements is not going to help attract new hires.
Real flow agreements, rising hourly rates and retention bonus pay is changing the way candidates look at the regional they want to start with.
