If thats the case, this could be a huge problem for commutair in the future. As a CommutAir jumpseater was telling us yesterday these numbers will be way too low. When compass was taking new planes they had 40 new hires per month and still barely kept up with the proper staffing with a much beefier training department. I am going to get my popcorn ready for this. I hope all the best for CommutAir.
