Nah, the contract, signing bonus and movement will attract at least 10-20 a month once the immediate upgrade vanishes. 18-24 months is still fairly quick and that will remain for sometime. The CPP and bases will attract SOME. Especially if you can interview prior early. CommutAir will do just fine with the jets.
