I would just make a list in the order that you want and understand the positives and negatives of each aircraft. With your SSN, you will likely have a few options to choose from.
How fast will you move up in seniority?
What kind of flying do you want to do?
Do you want to sit on reserve?
Are you willing to take aircraft A and be in your desired base immediately, or would you rather take aircraft B, and wait a few months to get your desired base?
In reality, you can't pick a bad airplane. The seat lock is only 12 months. A year from now, you will be able to hold any base (except maybe MSP) and pretty much any airplane (ex 777, 747, A350).
