Regarding the imputed income for travel... Is that for all travel (to and from gateway) or just "to"?
Clarification:
Imputed income is supposed to be for airline ticket and hotel between your Gateway and your BASE. If you are not flying in/out of your base, there is no imputed income.
Example:
My last trip started in IAH, finished in MIA. Trip before started in MIA, ended in ORD. None of those four was my base, so no imputed income.
