Yes, you can still upload rec letters, but when the company pulls your app they will not see it, or anything else you upload after the app is submitted. The only real benefit is that if you reapply in the next window, the letter will be there waiting for you (i.e. you won't have to re-upload it).
Great. I appreciate you taking the time to pick up my question. Is there any way to get any additional docs to them before they 'pick it up'? It appears that what is done is done, but I'd like to think otherwise!
