My all time favorite is stepping onto the jet 30 min before departure, halfway through boarding process, cabin is an oven, external air hooked up but not turned on. FA's can't step off airplane to use jetway phone and/or are too afraid of the repercussion of telling the agent not board because the cabin is too hot.
