Well, there are only two parties in the negotiating room... one represents the pilots and one is management. I'll give you two guesses as to which required that language.
I've read this TA several times. It's not perfect. And GoJet is the wrong place to get industry leading ANYTHING. However, this TA brings this pilot group a looong way forward from where they had been with their 1st generation contract.
