Reserve guarantee of 75 hours at $49.56/hour= $3717 x 10 months= $37,170+$4000=$41,170

Your W-2 will probably show at least 5% less than that based on what you put into your 401k. It should be at least 5% to get the company match. You'll also get per diem when you get assigned a trip but that won't be reflected on your W-2 either.

Everything changes if you get a line. But I've heard reserve is running close to a year in most bases.
