Those same pilots then put on a 2nd/3rd day shirt, and eat ramen or a TV dinner out of their food bag. How many executives do you guys know that wear the same dress shirt with their suit for 2-3 days in a row? How many of them eat canned tuna or a home-made PB&J sandwhich in their hotel rooms on business trips?

Wear a clean shirt every day. If you REALLY need a reason to do so, then do it for your shirt's longevity. They last a lot longer when they only accumulate 1 days worth of sweat and deodorant residue between washes, versus 2/3/4 days of that filth.

Need proof? Find a seasoned regional guy and look at the perma yellow around the collar and under each arm. I used to be a regional guy, and I saw those shirts daily.
