Good point. I wonder if this could turn out to be a bad idea at some point. Logistics are not cheap and costs rarely stay fixed. It will be interesting to see if Amazon will charge fuel surcharges when (not if) fuel prices increase. FedEx and UPS have been doing this for 140+ years combined and know how the game is played.
