I am not saying that as an excuse just wanted to clarify that learning to fly wasn't the only thing I was doing. Would I be considered? FWIW I was hired by another regional, because they had domiciles that would work for me as far as child care (I haven't gone to class yet, awaiting separation). My child care situation has changed and Skywest's domiciles work better for me.
I know of one guy who got hired with 3 checkride failures. If you're open and honest about it, can talk about what you learned, and have attained those advanced ratings without any issues, and your overall flight time is decent, I'd say you have a good chance.
