If you are a winged military aviator, that would supersede all the old civilian busts. If not, I think you're still OK with SKW assuming those busts were all in an isolated time period and reflect the circumstances of the time. A lot of busts spread out over a long period of time would indicate low pilot aptitude, or poor work ethic combined with inability to learn from mistakes.
