FWIW I was hired by another regional, because they had domiciles that would work for me as far as child care (I haven't gone to class yet, awaiting separation). My child care situation has changed and Skywest's domiciles work better for me.
If you are a winged military aviator, that would supersede all the old civilian busts. If not, I think you're still OK with SKW assuming those busts were all in an isolated time period and reflect the circumstances of the time. A lot of busts spread out over a long period of time would indicate low pilot aptitude, or poor work ethic combined with inability to learn from mistakes.
