I'd like to leave long before that. How can anyone not? Can anyone honestly say we'll have a contract within 12 months? The hiring and strong economy won't last forever. RJRJ, Sorry I was a dick, but here is some genuine advice, update your App as soon as you finish your type and don't believe a word out of managements mouth about wanting to get us a new contract. Also, I bet some of your instructors are interviewing next week over UAL, I know at least two. Think about that. The best gig here (and highest pay) is in the training dept and they'd rather start over at a legacy then rot away here waiting for a contract
