You consider comparing yesterday's rates at other carriers to ours four years from now on par? I don't.
I was lucky enough to avoid the 2010 "B Scale" implementation, and was actually paid higher (couple bucks an hour) than a same longevity jetBlew guy.... for about 3 months. Sound about "on par" and worth risking a strike?
Edit: oops, scratch that 3 month statement... forgot to factor in the profit sharing. Then again maybe their awful health insurance makes up for that?
