Yes, you are correct, however I assumed we would fix it this contract. It has been said on more than a few occasions that it's incredibly expensive to fix and wouldn't quite be fair to give junior CAs such a large raise and leave the smallest increase to the senior guys. That's why I'm whining about it, because I get the impression it won't be fixed this time around either........ That's all
