I laugh when the lUAL guys and gals are called "by the book," if it's meant to be an offense so what. Remember this is a public forum and any advocation of non-standard or outside of FOM authorization stuff is not a good thing.

Just make it a point to cool it off or warm it up as needed and start the APU if that works.
