Munoz's heart transplant definitely opened the door, but these hedgies miscalculated badly. They started at 6 seats and did't even have enough clout to get 3 and Buffoon as the Chairman. The word is that Meyer and Munoz are confident they have these folks stymied. Buffoon's CNBC interview was a PR disaster and their motives are completely transparent. Par and Altimeter appear to be way out of their league.
