Actually, if we include first year guys it's probably closer to 50-60k?
The other side of the coin is something our negotiators hopefully take to the table:
"Look at the rates AA is paying- while the vast majority of th pilot group is at the 12 year rate...."
Imagine the difference in payroll when say, 80% of your pilot group is at the 12 year rate vs if 80% is at the 1-5 year rate....
