I'm going agree and disagree. Yes, agreed, Spirit ALPA has toyed with us. I disagree that Ackerman is responsible because the entire MEC makes decisions, the Chairman only represents those decisions. Blame the Master Council for failing to promote any sort of unity of action. Beer drinking events don't cut it. The only true unity building event we've seen this negotiation cycle was the Jep burning party 109 held last fall. The way to get a contract is simple, build a unified pilot group that is first loyal to Spirit ALPA.
We are a union after all.
