There just was not a case where the current structure was not working.
Not sure if you're asking or telling, but wasn't there recently an important vote taken at a 77 meeting in LAS where you had to be present to vote, and said LEC reps refused to hold a parallel meeting in DFW for those unable to attend? Sounds like a representation issue to me.
