Yes, that WAS gleaned from EL, but good news alone will not solve anything for Envoy as the well is dry and be it 4 or 8 pilots a month, it wont matter in the long run as the game of "kick the can" is still very much in play at AAG and Envoy is a kickable can and with continued kicking it like any repeatedly kicked can shrinks.
