I applied on the website out of the blue and a few days later received an email asking me to arrange a phone call with chief pilot Ernie for the next day. If they like you during the call, they will ask you to come to Vegas for a formal interview. If they don't like you, they probably tell you they will get back to you.

Job fair is not required. Bottom line, they don't waste any time, they probably don't go through old resumes etc.. Whatever comes in fresh is what they pick so long as you are qualified or what they are looking for.
