Just wanted to let everyone know about my experience with Lynx.

Because I live in Denver and prefer not to commute, I decided to submit a resume through one of the sources mentioned earlier. I was contacted within a week, interviewed the following week, and offered a job within the timeline also mentioned in a previous post.

Everyone I met at Lynx was nice, enthusiastic, professional and generally made the experience enjoyable. Some of the staff come from Frontier, a company with good morale (at least from the point of view of the pilots I know). So it stands to reason that the company culture of Lynx would be similar to Frontier.

Other pilots who interviewed had a decent amount of time and experience, it might be a QOL choice for these applicant who had prior 121 experience. The pay issue was addressed, with so many items to be acomplished to get the company operational, it will be evaluated in time.

As for the rumors, I accepted the job and don't have a crystal ball telling me the future. The Frontier pilots I know have not expressed to me any concern about Lynx, only optimism, so I'm not sure where the rumors started.

I think Lynx is a good bet.
