But we’ve got the greatest people, the strongest leadership team, the best people in the operation that take great care of our customers. As long as I make certain that I give them what they need and stay out of their way and have their back, we are going to be a success.

Richard and Glen and I and the rest of the executive leadership have gotten way too much credit for the success of the company. The success really does belong to the people of this company.

DNH: What do you enjoy doing when you have the opportunity to step away from the job?
Bastian: We have a home in West Palm Beach, Fla., and when I can get down there for the weekend it’s a great escape, it puts me in a different environment. It gets my head cleared.

Saw this and I have to ask. What's your secret to overcoming sleepless nights? I really am looking for a go solution for a restful night. The FAA no longer allows PM medications on a layover less than 60 hours so could you help a brother out? I have an LHR and an AMS coming up and I really shouldn't call in sick so...?

The West Palm Beach house sounds relaxing but not really practical. Any other ideas?
FTW!!!! I spit coffee out my nose on your apropos restatement of Sleepy Ed's statements!
