I'm from Texas, and would definitely like the option of getting back to the middle of the country for family reasons. I also just upgraded, and trying to get my TPIC up. I'm not sure whether its better to leave at 300 hours PIC to go back to being an FO at AS. Of course I don't even have an interview, so this all could be moot
