Hey guys! Wife was in charge of bills while I was overseas, thought utilities,etc were all on autopay. They weren't. I now have numerous late payments on my credit report, it has completely trashed it. Does anyone have any difinitive info on whether or not these two specific companies check credit on new hires. A buddy of mine was hired here at brown some 12 months ago. He pays for credit monitoring and each time someone pulls a credit check on him, whether "soft" or "hard", he gets notified. He says ups never did check his credit. They normally outsource this kind of stuff but he said there were no credit checks on him at all during that period. Hope to see you on the line soon.
