There's not one set answer to these questions. One month you could work every day. Another you could get less then 20 hours in that month sitting ready reserve every day. Summer is busier, winter isn't. Depending in how many days you have left of reserve and which shift you have determines an assignment.

You may not be assigned the crj even, so iad questions get thrown out the window then.
