Tuck: I don't want to get into a p!ssing contest with you at all, but please don't confuse age with seniority. One can be in the top half of the seniority list but if you are under 50 you got the same health care options and retirement benifits as a new hire. But over fifty no matter how many years of service you have(as long as you were 50 in 1999 and vested) you get VEBA and an age multipler for your "A" Fund. Seniority does not seem to matter much anymore here. So, I agree with your thought Tuck just wanted to clear up the seniority/age thing not being synonymic.
