In other words, after indoc you get sent home with study material on systems, etc. Do they expect you to return for sim qual with a basic level of knowledge or be a genius/PhD? Do we need to be cramming 8 hrs a day in between indoc and sims?
I have three letters for a response. L O D. It's like an MQF for you AF types. Read that once a day and you will crush your systems validation. They want you to succeed here.
