I have been off the message boards for a long time. I got back into flying and am a 737 capt for a small company. Have a320 type. I really want to make it home to the NW. I heard something about a training contract is this true???

I ask cause i have had a lot of previous family health issues which effected my career progression. I am not really into digging a hole of a huge contract should more unforeseen needs come up. Any ideas of how much and all that stuff?
