That being said I'm glad to be getting some of our flying back. I knew this was happening for a couple weeks now and was just waiting on an announcement. Is the tide turning? Who the F knows, but things are certainly looking up here. Our crappy contract is being improved as they see fit, bonuses, flow, keeping more aircraft then planned, etc;
Cue the "envoy salesman" remarks

Gotta call you what you are. A young, fresh CFI all pumped up about Envoy and the flow out here selling it to the masses.
The day of reckoning for Envoy is coming. These planes coming back are just going to accelerate this day when Envoy becomes severely understaffed and is cancelling flights for lack of crew.
1850 pilots today. Mgmt originally wanted an Envoy pilot group of around 1600 but that's rapidly changing and you may be near the "floor" management wants right now with their "revised" plans. If you are truly staffed properly today and the flow continues over the next few months along with present attrition, you will very soon find yourselves in a critical staffing situation.
Hiring 5 per class isn't going to backfill the departures. Later this year I predict Envoy will find themselves in a situation in which they cannot afford to lose a single pilot. What do you think will happen at that time? Management honors the flow and decimates the Envoy pilot ranks or violates the flow agreement to keep Envoy flying their full schedule?
I'm sure your management would never violate your contract though.
