Wow, this thread is still alive?

Fast forward to today, I was hired by SWA so my gamble was worth it (to me) as I now have nearly 300 pilots below me.

To be honest, I'm not sure it's worth it any more as the type pool is drying up and more folks are getting hired without it.

To each his own, but it worked for me.
