I remember one particular True/False question on that MMPI test during the interview process, it read, "I get irritated when interrupted while doing an important task."
There was also a T/F one: "I am sometimes possessed by evil spirits." The shrink already knows that it's true, or else you wouldn't be a pilot, but the question is designed to weed out applicants who are too stupid to lie about it.
