Was supposed to upgrade last month on the 175, but 3 days before my class I got a call from Virgin America with a class date for this month.
They are looking for people, and it doesn't matter how much time you have these days. They hire now on the type of person you are and if the fact they can stand to be with you for a 4 day trip. I had just about 2600 hrs and no Tpic, no degree yet (graduating end of this year). Don't be lazy and put in the few hours to constantly update your apps and never give up. The grass is greener on the other side, but you have to work for it. I wish the best to all the other pilots at Mesa, just keep on applying and updating !!
