As far as JB vs. Frontier/Spirit. I have friends at both carriers. They all have pros and cons. Depends what you are looking for and what is important to you. Pay rate wise, JB will be at the top. Work rules, Spirit has a few good things in their contract that I wish JB would have. I hear overall the QOL is not too bad at Spirit, their bases are a little more spread out over the country. If quick upgrade is important you, I'd say Frontier is probably on top right now.
