I check my line to see what the full trip was even though the scheduler told me during the initial call. 12 minutes later, I got a call from crew sched while I'm getting ready to leave and they mentioned that the rotation will be taken from me and given to a senior pilot.

I called back and asked why if it was already assigned to me and the only explanation I got was he is senior and we get 2 hours to fix our mistakes.

I thought once they moved on and someone accept the trip then it is yours.

Should I get regular pay since in was on my schedule and I accepted it?

Thanks,
Call and ask scheduling supervisor.
Less than 12 hours they dont hold it and they move on. Once you accept the trip it should be yours.
If you dont like the answer call 1800 USA ALPA..ask for old Delta Scheduling Supervisor

The only way the could have messed up is if they did not call that senior pilot. He looked in Icrew and called them
